With over seven years of competitive racing in Triathlon, Duathlon, Running, and Cycling, I’ve earned numerous wins across all distances. My mission is to help others conquer their goals.

Frankie has been a passionate competitor in endurance sports for over a decade. Her love for sport led her to Loughborough University, where she earned a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science, followed by a first-class honours degree in Physiotherapy from Oxford Brookes University.
We offer a range of plans to suit all endurance sports needs and budgets. These plans cover triathlon, biking and running independently.
Prices are based on monthly payment.
A minimum of 3 months is advised although not required. We believe it takes a minimum of 3 months of consistent training to see the best results

Expert Coach Support
Our certified coaches are available to answer your training questions promptly via message or call. Depending on the level you will have a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly check in call to ensure all is on track and allow your coach to fully understand the commitments you have for the next training micro cycle. This is also an oppurtunity to discuss any other matters.
Industry-Leading Training Tools
We leverage TrainingPeaks, the world's best training app, to deliver customised training zones, detailed progress tracking, and seamless compatibility with over 100 apps and devices, so your workout is always to hand.
Optional Extras
Being a one to one athlete gives you optional extra that you can include in your trainign plan. Such as Specific Strength and Cinditioniny workouts designed to hit those areas of wekaness that you are unaware of. We have specific equipoment to be able to identify wekanesses. In addition, we have the option to include lactate testing. Through lactate testing, we determine real physiological thresholds, eliminating guesswork and ensuring every watt, meter, and stroke is geared toward achieving your ultimate goal—no wasted energy, just pure, efficient progress.
It is the responsibility of the athlete to arrange contact time with the coach and/or physio. Monthly fee due by standing order on 1st of the calendar month. Cancellation terms - One months written notice to cancel your coaching plan.

My mission is to help others conquer their goals no matter what the goal may be.
My coaching journey began in 2018, starting with friends and family. It didn’t take long to discover how deeply rewarding it is to guide athletes toward their aspirations. Seeing athletes grow stronger, more confident, and achieve their dreams is more fulfilling than any medal I’ve won. I have coached athletes as young as 12 and as old as 65. You are never too old for this sport!!

My goal is to develop a nationally recognised team where athletes at all levels thrive, from first-time 5k runners to Ironman World Championship qualifiers. Frankie is a Sports Physiotherapist, triathlon coach, and long-distance endurance athlete with extensive experience competing at the highest levels of the sport. She has completed five Ironman races, multiple marathons, and numerous Ironman 70.3 events, including the Ironman 70.3 World Championships, giving her first-hand insight into the physical and mental demands of long-course triathlon. She holds a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science from Loughborough University and a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Bath, combining academic excellence with practical, athlete-centred coaching. This dual background allows Frankie to integrate performance-focused training with injury prevention, rehabilitation principles, and long-term athlete development.
Coaching Philosophy & Mission
Frankie’s coaching mission is to educate and empower athletes, giving them the best possible chance of achieving their goals while training consistently and sustainably. Through her work in clinic, Frankie regularly sees athletes sidelined by avoidable training errors, often due to poor load management, inadequate recovery, or a lack of understanding around the demands of the sport. Rather than reacting to injury once it occurs, her approach focuses on proactive coaching, helping athletes make smarter training decisions before problems arise.
She places particular emphasis on building robust, resilient athletes through:

• Close monitoring of training load and recovery
• Regular coach–athlete communication
• Targeted strength and conditioning
Frankie has a special interest in supporting female athletes, recognising the unique physiological, biomechanical, and life-stage considerations that influence training, recovery, and performance. Her coaching is grounded in education and collaboration, helping athletes develop confidence, physical resilience, and a deeper understanding of their bodies — so they can perform at their best when it matters most.

Hugo has been immersed in endurance sport since the age of five. After a decade in competitive swimming, he moved into triathlon at 15, progressing through the British Triathlon talent pathway, including the England Next Generation Squad, racing internationally and competing at the highest levels of the British National Series.
He later trained at the National Triathlon Performance Centre Wales alongside elite and Olympic-level athletes, and now works within that environment as a coach and performance analyst, supporting athletes through coaching, analysis and technical insight.
With a strong background in performance science and technique analysis, Hugo combines practical racing experience with evidence-based coaching to support athletes of all levels — from first-time competitors to world-class programmes.
Hugo believes great training is built on simplicity, clarity and consistency. His coaching removes unnecessary complexity, focusing on purposeful sessions tailored to your lifestyle, ability and goals.
Taking a holistic view of performance, he considers technique, confidence, recovery and mindset alongside the data. The aim is stress-free, confidence-building training that fits into your life and helps you progress with trust and clarity.
