Thank you for choosing our Training Plan. We are committed to helping you unlock your full potential as an athlete. With quality training plans, expert coaching, and a supportive community of driven individuals, we aim to set you up for success.

What You Receive
  • Email Coach Support: Expert guidance whenever you need it.
  • Access to Your Plan on TrainingPeaks: Follow your training plan seamlessly on the TrainingPeaks platform. Use the Free Basic version or upgrade to Premium for enhanced functionality and insights.
  • Reusable Plan: Your training plan is yours to reuse for future races and goals at no extra cost.
  • Flexible Plan Adjustment: A 14-day swap policy to adjust the plan level if needed.
Email Coach Support

As a valued athlete, you’ll have access to certified coaching support via email from the date of purchase until the conclusion of your plan, plus an additional three months of post-plan guidance.

Our coaches are here to help with:

  • Modifying your schedule.
  • Adapting training for B/C priority races.
  • Managing injuries and illness.
  • Establishing training thresholds and zones.

Certain limitations apply:

  • Plans cannot be personalised to specific individual needs.
  • Training data cannot be analysed for performance insights.
  • Non-training plan-related questions will not be addressed.
  • Our mission is to provide you with an effective, affordable training solution, backed by expert support—not just a standalone plan.
