Nicci is a competitive triathlete and Alpha State athlete with a passion for helping endurance athletes perform at their best. She is an HCPC-registered dietitian (London Metropolitan University, 2025) and is currently completing her MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition at St Mary’s University.
With a BA Hons in Contemporary Dance (London Contemporary Dance School, 2012), Nicci brings a unique understanding of movement, performance, and the physical demands of high-level training. This combination of personal experience and professional expertise allows her to provide practical, evidence-based nutrition guidance tailored to each athlete’s needs.

The initial consulation will include the following
Comprehensive nutritional assessment, including medical history, usual dietary intake, and physical activity levels. Presented in an easy to follow document that will used to guide through the process
Review of general energy and protein requirements
Discussion to understand individual needs and lifestyle factors
Collaborative goal setting aligned with training objectives and performance targets
Calls are likely to take 60-90 minutes
