One of the biggest game-changers for me has been the structured training plan Alpha State provides. There’s no second-guessing, no trying to figure it out on your own—you just show up, follow the plan, and trust the process. Every session is intentional, whether it’s focused on strength, conditioning, or endurance. The program builds you up step by step, keeping you progressing consistently and sustainably.
It’s not just about the workouts—healthy eating has become a core part of my lifestyle. Alpha State emphasizes fueling your body with the right nutrition to perform, recover, and feel your best. By focusing on balanced, nutritional meals, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my energy levels, recovery, and overall well-being. Good nutrition is key.
The combination of structured strength and conditioning has left me stronger, fitter, and healthier than I ever imagined. Before Alpha State, I dealt with minor injuries and inconsistencies in my training. Now, I feel like I’ve unlocked my full potential. My body is resilient, my energy is steady, and I feel capable of achieving things I never thought possible.
I started running with Alpha State, and I’ll never forget those early days when I had to run-walk to keep my heart rate under 140 beats. It was frustrating beyond belief, but I trusted the process and stuck with it. Fast forward two years, and I’ve accomplished a few triathlons and things I couldn’t have dreamed of:
If you’d told me two years ago that this would be my life, I would have laughed so hard my heart rate would have skyrocketed! But it’s a testament to what consistency, patience, and the right guidance can do.
The community at Alpha State is unmatched. From the coaches to my fellow athletes, I’ve felt supported every step of the way. The coaches don’t just give you a workout—they invest in your progress, ensuring you’re moving well, recovering properly, and staying motivated. And the camaraderie with my teammates has been a constant source of inspiration.
One thing Alpha State has taught me is the power of goal-setting. Whether it’s long-term ambitions like qualifying for Kona or daily wins like improving my run form, setting and achieving goals has become part of who I am. The focus on both the big picture and the daily steps has given me purpose and drive like never before.
Most importantly, I’ve fallen in love with the process. There’s something magical about showing up consistently, putting in the work, and seeing yourself grow over time. Consistency is where transformation happens, and Alpha State has made it easy—and enjoyable—to stick with it.
Being part of Alpha State has been nothing short of life-changing. It’s not just about fitness—it’s about building a stronger body, a sharper mind, and a life full of possibilities.
I know there seems to be some super cheesy things in here, but it’s all true—and I wouldn’t change a thing.
